FAQs

How far in advance should I start my fitness journey before the wedding?

The sooner the better! Ideally you work with us before your dress or suit fitting so you do not have to be stressed about weight loss up until your wedding date. However, a minimum amount of time to see any changes would be about 3-6 months out from your wedding.

What is a realistic amount of weight I can lose?

It depends on how long you have till your wedding! However, most people can expect to lose .5-1% of your body weight per week for 12-16 weeks.

Can we do it as a couple?

You can sign up for our services either as an individual or as a couple! Even if you and your partner have different goals, we can coordinate group calls and touch on how both of you are progressing. Plus, group coaching for couples is discounted!

Do I need to follow a specific diet or can we create a plan that works for my lifestyle?

At Daily Nutrition, we fully believe that you do not need to give up your favorite foods or go on crash diet to see results. In fact, we believe that is harmful and unhelpful long term. We will tailor a diet plan that fits into your lifestyle and your current eating habits. You will be able to take these strategies into the future, well beyond your wedding date, and learn how to lose weight healthily and sustainably if you ever want to do so again.

Do we have to do both nutrition and strength training or can we pick one?

You can do either nutrition or strength training depending on your goals and lifestyle. However if you want to see the best results, we believe doing both in tandem.
